With 20 years of experience in software project implementations with a focus on data migration and integration, Scott has served as a lead on several large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, including a Gartner Award winner for Sales Optimization and a recent Microsoft Excellence Award winner. Scott is a both a popular speaker on CRM-related topics and a frequent contributor to the community through blogs and a co-author of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP Book.
