Laura is the program coordinator for CRMUG. She loves working with members and hearing what they want to learn and share! She is energized by the ways CRMUG helps members gain confidence in using Dynamics CRM and engages members as volunteer-leaders within the community. She enjoys learning why you are passionate about CRMUG, what you love about CRM, and what training and development opportunities you are looking for! Laura has 15 years of experience managing projects, events, educational programs, and volunteers. Her ERP experience includes 14 years as a User across multiple modules and implementation team training as a business process analyst. She also has 10 years of experience working in academic and music administration. Laura lives in Fargo, ND with her son, Tyler and dog, Lola.
