Jessica Noble has responsibility for the Customer Experience (CX) business consulting practice area for Tribridge with a background in Sales, Product Management, CRM, and CX. She specializes in working alongside customers to transform their organizations and realize their unique CX goals. She is passionate about understanding the customer journey, aligning processes with the desired experience and enabling employees to deliver a delightful experience with well-implemented technology, training and a focus on user adoption.

Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CXPA), and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002. As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Jessica is also certified in Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology.
