CRM is not simply a technology initiative.  To achieve competitive supremacy, your company’s mission needs to be supported by success drivers such as strategy, innovation, operational excellence, and performance measurement. If your CRM strategy is not directly connected to these drivers, your business is probably not realizing the tremendous value that CRM can deliver.  This session will focus on real-world examples of how CRM can and should be connected to the success drivers that support your company’s strategic intent.
